In this propaganda site, I’m not going to write about my mistakes, like the time I sold 700 shares of Netflix in 2008 for $4 per share. I’ll certainly not describe the time I tripped around the bases like a flopping fish in a college baseball game, ultimately resulting in my retirement from the sport. Nope, this site is not for that.
I will instead focus on select positive achievements, attributes, and ideas. These will paint me in a favorable light, one which potential future employers are likely to enjoy and exclaim, “We should seriously consider hiring that guy! He’s highly skilled and accomplished! Once he’s onboard everything is going to run smoothly.”

“Tom’s ability to execute on innovative ideas is outstanding. Under Tom’s leadership, I have not only been encouraged to think outside the box, but I’ve also learned how to navigate the organization to bring new ideas to fruition. He loops me in on projects outside of my comfort zone to ensure I am constantly learning. Tom’s problem-solving skills, dynamic skill set, and sense of humor make him a pleasure to work with!”

“I am constantly impressed with Tom’s ability to transform search insights into customer experience enhancements. He launched our Ask a Citizen platform based off search insights that significantly improved customer’s access to answers and surfaced our brand in more SERPs… It has been a long time since I have worked with an SEO that could see beyond the SERPs and meta to provide real customer improvements.”

“Tom has that unique ability to take complex ideas and explain them in ways that are easy to understand. I worked directly with Tom on several projects at Inquiro that involved pitching new ideas to customers and defining product offerings. In a work setting he’s able to focus on activities that drive real value for the business. In a personal setting you can count on him to have something interesting or funny to talk about. It was always a pleasure to know and work with him.”

“Tom seemed to find the violin to be a fairly unforgiving instrument, I think, but I am glad at the way he stuck with it.”
